2.5 mm Ultra-Clear Patterned Double-Coated Fully Tempered Glass

XFX 2.5 mm Ultra-Clear Patterned Double AR-Coated Tempered Glass features a low-iron ultra-clear glass substrate with double-sided anti-reflective (AR) coatings, effectively reducing optical losses and significantly improving solar energy utilization in photovoltaic modules. The tempered glass construction provides outstanding mechanical strength, while the durable coating offers excellent adhesion, weather resistance, and long-term aging resistance. With superior wind load and impact resistance, it is ideally suited for high-power dual-glass PV modules operating in demanding outdoor environments

Product Advantages

 

1. High light transmittance

Using ultra-clear glass substrate, the iron content is extremely low. Within the wavelength range of the solar cell spectrum response (380-1100nm), the light transmittance can reach more than 91.65%, which can absorb solar radiation heat to the maximum extent.

 

2. Low reflectivity

The unique embossing design on the surface makes the light form diffuse reflection on the glass surface, reducing the reflection loss of light and improving the utilization rate of light. It has a higher reflectivity for infrared light greater than 1200nm, which can reduce the heat generated by solar panels during operation.

 

3. High strength and safety

After high-temperature tempering treatment, the strength of the glass is greatly improved, and the impact resistance is strong. It can effectively resist the damage of natural factors such as hail and sandstorms. At the same time, the tempered glass is in small particles after breaking, which is not easy to cause serious harm to the human body, and improves the safety of use.

 

4. Good weather resistance

It has the characteristics of corrosion resistance and aging resistance, and can be used stably for a long time in various harsh natural environments to ensure the service life of the solar photovoltaic system.

 

5. Enhanced bonding performance

The embossed surface can enhance the adhesion with the EVA film, making the bond between the glass and the solar cell module stronger and improving the stability of the entire module.
